1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 456 bat platform and its users. By registering, logging in, or using any service on 456 bat, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are intended for users in Bangladesh and are to be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the interpretation of the 456 bat authority shall be considered final.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines apply equally to the use of the platform. Together, these documents form the complete framework governing the relationship between 456 bat and its users.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain fully effective. A one-time waiver of any term shall not be considered a permanent waiver.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Identity Verification

To open an account on 456 bat, the applicant must be at least 21 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The platform may request valid identification for verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus would be ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000. Bonus funds are not an unconditional gift — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Other Promotions

Multiple promotions are available, including weekly reload bonuses, slots festivals, cricket season rewards, and referral rewards. Each promotion has its own terms, minimum deposit, and wagering requirements. If the terms of any promotion are violated, the related bonus and any winnings earned from that bonus may be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used in legitimate gaming activity — not in prohibited strategies or game combinations.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings earned from that bonus will be cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

Each bet is processed according to the applicable rules. If a technical error, human error, or incorrect odds are published, 456 bat reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant bet. In such cases, the stake of the cancelled bet will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, settlement is made only after the result is officially confirmed. If a match or event is abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to 456 bat policy — typically the stake is returned.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which keeps outcomes completely random and fair. There is no way to manipulate game results. RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available in the relevant game description.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated through live dealers, and if a disruption occurs for technical reasons, 456 bat will make an appropriate decision regarding the affected round. If any bet is left incomplete due to a network issue, it will be settled according to server records.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 456 bat:

• Fraud or deception — using a fake identity, or someone else's card or account.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering — attempting to legitimise funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Software interference — operating games or bets using bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Collusion — attempting to influence outcomes through illegal coordination with other players.
• Account sale or transfer — selling your account or allowing others to use it.
• Attacking platform security — attempting hacking, data theft, or damage to the system.

If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 456 bat

456 bat may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of a breach of terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Unusual betting patterns or suspicious transactions.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure all pending withdrawals have been completed. As part of responsible gaming, you may also apply for self-exclusion, which, once processed, will block access to your account for a set period.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
